Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Gute Lage.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung und es könnte evtl. Mal etwas ausgetauscht werden. Bspw. der Klodeckel (extrem durchgesessen und vergilbt). Besteck war teils dreckig und es klebten Essensreste vom Vormieter dran.
