The location, the cleanliness and the things that i need are present already there.

The location is good. The convenience stores at the Ground floor was a life saver.
1) The Wi-Fi was very disappointing — it wasn’t stable at all. When I messaged the owner, he advised me to restart the router, but the issue remained. I eventually gave up and had to buy additional data for my own use.
2) We should have been informed that the family studio has a staircase. It can be quite dangerous, especially with a baby. I nearly missed a step while going down with my baby in my arms.
3) The toilet would get flooded every time we took a shower.
4) There was a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet, which is definitely not healthy — especially for a baby.
