The accommodation was clean and located in a safe environment.
The key collection was also well arranged and completely hassle-free.
Overall, the accommodation was nice, apart from the issues mentioned below, which we were not happy with.
We hope the landlord will take the time to attend to the matters mentioned here and make the necessary improvements for future guests.
We cannot say why the landlord did not respond to all of our messages, but we would have appreciated better communication during our stay.

Things we were not happy with
The landlord rarely replied to our messages. Even at the time of writing this review, we have still not received a reply to our messages asking whether or not a microwave was available in the apartment.
As we were unable to get an answer, we had to travel with our own microwave, which was inconvenient and unnecessary if one had been available at the accommodation.
The electric burners were badly cracked and appeared to be in poor condition, which posed a potential risk of electric shock and should be attended to urgently.
In addition, one of the electrical sockets was detached from the wall. All these are also safety concerns and should be repaired before the accommodation is offered to further guests.
We sincerely hope that the landlord will take these matters seriously and address them for the safety and comfort of future guests.
