Das geräumige Haus liegt in einem sehr weitläufigen, parkähnlichen Garten absolut ruhig, mit Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse und Morgensonne in den Schlafzimmern und auf dem Frühstückstisch. Das Haus ist umfassend ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten, Waschmaschine, großem Fernseher, WLAN, Tischkicker, Boulespiel, Büchern, Gesellschaftsspielen, Grill, Gartenmöbeln etc. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreicht, dort verläuft auch der Küstenwanderweg GR 34, die Anlegestelle zur Ile de Bréhat ist 10 Autominuten entfernt, der Bäcker im Ort Ploubazlanec in 3 Fahrradminuten erreicht. Im Ort gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und einen netten Wochenmarkt. Für eAutos gibt es 2 AC-Ladesäulen in Ploubazlanec, Schnellader im nächstgrößeren Ort Paimpol (5 min mit Kfz, 15 min über ausgebauten Fahrradweg). Der große Garten schirmt das Haus völlig ab, im Juli sind die Blumen prachtvoll. Wenn es morgens oder abends ruhig ist, zeigen sich Reh und Fuchs, in der Abenddämmerung Fledermäuse.
Der Zugang zur Waschmaschine im Keller war etwas umständlich.
