Very clean , small, kitchen and linens plus towels. Working AC. Very responsive renter.In the action, for those looking for it.
Washing machine not inside the apartment, non functional bidet.
There's an elevator available but after 5 steps.

这次入住体验很棒！民宿位置超方便就在道顿堀边上，房间干净整洁，日式风格，难得的宽敞，用品都很新。房东热情周到，沟通很顺畅，性价比很高，住得很舒心，会向来大阪的朋友也推荐这里！

Location was excellent - close to Doutonbori and restaurants.
Size was good (2 rooms). Plus washing machine, large fridge and kitchenette. Aircon worked well.
Directions for entry was very confusing (map provided via email showed access from wrong street).
Futons were very thin and not enough to provide support. Towels and bath cloths were all from ¥100 yen store and were water resistant (no absorption at all).
No place in bathroom for belongings (no racks, hooks or shelves - we bought our own and left in the room).
Bathtub had a pink ring around the top that had to be washed off before using.
Rooms needed to be vacuumed when we first arrived (black hair in corners of all rooms - vacuum provided thank goodness).
