Comfortable, clean flat which has been well fitted out .
3 minute walk to the station for the steam railway to Kingswear.and to the seafront.
Blinds at windows did not adequately cut out the light from the street.
Maybe the council could move their lamp-post! 🤣🤣

Great value for money, convenient parking round the back (approx £10 per day). Great location and close to beach. Comfortable with all the facilities you'll need.
Checkout at 9am. Too early for me.

Flat 4 is in a great location right by the rail station and shops. It is clean and has all the essentials, you can cook food, and wash and airdry clothes if needed. Both fridge and freezer are available.
The area is not quiet, and the building itself has extremely creaky floors. People upstairs simply walking and talking can be heard at all hours. This would have been fine but the sounds are not tampered by the carpets and walls at all. There is a strong damp smell especially in the bathroom, so there are air fresheners all over which don’t really help in our opinion. The bathroom tiles are all cracked and very sharp, so it is very dangerous to shower without flip flops. We did enjoy our stay, but we did not sleep very well.
