Comme mentionné dans les commentaires, l’appartement est à la fois au calme et à proximité immédiate du métro et des supermarchés. La température était agréable même en Août. Les pièces sont spacieuses et la kitchenette suffisante pour préparer un repas léger. La présence de grand rangements, d’une machine à laver et d’un étendage (il a fallu chercher un peu - dans le placard de l’entrée) sont très utiles pour un séjour long.

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a metro station and a food shop right next to the building. The owner was very helpful and let us leave our luggage at 12 pm so we could enjoy our light walking before check-in. I will definitely recommend this apartment to friends and consider it again if we are back in Paris

Super Lage, direkt an der Metro Station.
Schöne Wohngegend mit guten Geschäften und Restaurants.
Schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Hinterhof.
Um für fünf Personen zu kochen ist die Küche relativ klein. Hatten wir nicht vor, daher kein Problem für uns.

Decent apartment.
The property has lots of mosquitos and probably bed bugs. There are no mosquito screens on the windows. There is no way to have ventilation and air movement in the apartment without opening windows and inviting mosquitos. My kids each had atleast 10 bites by sleeping on the sofa bed. The owner was super nice to bring mosquito plug in repellent and bed bugs sprays but this should have been taken care before.
