Very nice lake location, walking distance to gelato, meat restaurant, bar.
Perfect view on the lake and sunset. Big terace on both sides of the apartment
Free parking space behind the fence.
Slow communication - I had a question about swimming pool which I send to them on Whats up on Monday and they answered Thursday night (and we left than on Friday).

Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich sehr schön, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Iseosee. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet – gerade auch für einen Aufenthalt als Familie mit Kindern hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief unkompliziert, und bei Fragen war sie über den Chat gut erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Apartment selbst sehr wohlgefühlt und die drei Tage dort sehr genossen.
Was für uns als Familie etwas schade war, war die Atmosphäre im Haus selbst. Das Apartment befindet sich offenbar in einem überwiegend von festen Bewohnern genutzten Wohnkomplex, während nur wenige Apartments touristisch vermietet werden. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach das Gefühl, als Feriengäste nicht besonders willkommen zu sein. Begegnungen mit anderen Bewohnern empfanden wir teilweise als sehr distanziert; selbst freundliche Grüße wurden nicht immer erwidert. Das ist natürlich eine sehr persönliche Wahrnehmung und hat nichts mit dem Apartment oder der Betreuung durch die Agentur zu tun, hat unseren Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts aber etwas getrübt.

The apartment was clean and we'll published. Fixed location with great view of lake.
A sever problemtic issues with Neighbors. The apartment is in residence complex with swing pool. From the moment we arrived few persons follow us and even picture us and yell on us and our children in the pool , even though we follow the rules. For sure it's create un pleasant time an feeling.
