This place is amazing clean comfortable exudes ambience beautiful decor an all-around welcoming vibe....breakfast was really excellent and a great value.
The parking was annoying and charging$31 more was somewhat high in price considering the setup of the garage is substandard

Absolutely beautiful hotel, nice perks, very very clean.
The parking situation is challenging if you have a taller vehicle.
Many people sleeping on the benches outside of the hotel, didn’t feel very safe outside. Which I understand is not the hotels fault

The staff at the check-in didn't know what they were doing; there was a line out the door of guest waiting and the one person there worked at a very slow speed. They sent me to a room that was not yet made up and I had to go back and wait for a room that was ready. Although check-in is at 4:00, numerous rooms were still not cleaned by 5:00. Shameful. Obviously no one know what they are doing at this hotel which is unacceptable.
