Location - 4 min from train station in city center. Everything needed in apartment is in place, very comfortable - perfect for 2 people.
Is not about the property itself - but about service they are using for managing the rental in addition to booking. Something called luxstay - first point Check in time - 5 pm. A bit late, if want earlier - pay 💰. Is late comparing to nowadays standards ( taking into account check out the normal time like 11 am. Second point - additional payment or deposit for damage ? So the idea of booking - if you book an apartment or hotel - you want to know the final price and compare the price and make your decision- right ? Not interested to receive later massage about additional deposit ( more then 300 EUR) or one time payment. Or - It should be like mentioned like a first sentence on booking page.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bonne localisation. Hôte très à l écoute. Répond tout de suite en cas de question ou problème.
Le seul point négatif, un peu plus propre mais seul point négatif. Je recommande cette location.
