Spacious house. All the facilities are there. Water dispenser (hot and cold), kettle, stove etc. We bought local corn and boiled at homestay. Quite near to town too. Thank you for everything .

Good location and large living room and dining area, had enough amenities to get by for a short stay. We were told it was a walking distance, however, when you have seniors and some health issues it’s a good 15 minutes (I walked and check the miles myself), walk (our error since we asked the local folks who said it was a 5-minute walk). My 2 companion would not be able to make that distance. Overall the Homestay has good vibes and quiet neighborhood.
It would be nice to have a water heater in the other bathroom.
The middle bedroom did not have air con so for those who need one to keep cool be aware that there’s only a fan.
My room, far right, air con was not cooling enough at 17 degrees. It was comfortable and it rained so it was cool enough with a fan blowing
The left bedroom with 2 beds had all the amenities: hot water, good aircon flow.
The owner was quick with response- nice!
Extra heater in second bathroom and aircon in middle bedroom

The area is spacious and the surrounding is well taken care. It was clean and tidy.
