It was very nice. We’ve had all necessary appliances, it was very comfortable, clean and well located. The sauna was the best experience after a long day of swimming in ice water. Also the location is great.

Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja helppoa, huoneisto oli siisti ja aamukahviakin löytyi kun omat unohtuivat matkasta. Sauna oli ihana lisä illalla kun jalat huusivat päivän kävelyn jälkeen hoosiannaa!
Huoneistossa oli todella kuuma vaikka laiteltiin ilmastointia päälle ja ikkunaa auki, unet jäivät vähän katkonaiseksi.

Nice new and modern apartment. Perfect view from the balcony. Apartment was clean and comfortable, very easy to manage, great instructions for everything (a bit long and complicated). Overall look is good...
But they really lack in equipment. The biggest surprise was that on the picture there is a WASHING MACHINE - and in reality it´s missing (of course also no clotheshorse). They actually have pretty bad description for the apartment - almost nothing is mentioned there, but you would expect normal things for such a great apartment. Another very bad surprise was that there is no KETTLE in the kitchen - like really? Even in the worst places I have been, this is a super essential piece and it´s missing. So no quick tea possible... Also the table is unnecessarily too big there, so you have no space to move around kitchen, but that is a detail. The last important thing was a MISTAKE in instructions for the code to get into the apartment - but I have told them about that, easy to correct (even though they didn´t react, so let´s see.)
Well another thing to expect and not to be automatic here - I was getting there alone, yes - but everywhere where is a DOUBLE bed - they provide TWO PILLOWS - well, there was only one prepared. Same with TOWELS (not a big deal for one night - but if I would have time to use the sauna as I wanted to, I would like to have the other one for that as that is also automatic everywhere - and especially in such places like this and WITH SAUNA!) Well, only one pillow and one towel for you unfortunately if you travel alone! Strange.
The last thing I really didn´t like is that you are not sure if you get the booking – they have 24h to approve your application. I don´t mind to provide my ID etc., but at least for EU citizens it should be then ok, you shouldn´t wait if it will be ok or not!
Well, I did like the apartment, so I hope they adjust the things and equipment – then it will be perfect! But atm it unfortunately misses a lot :(
Keep posted if it changes, please - then I would give them another chance!
