An atmosphere that’s it’s an actual home gives something invaluable for a stay in Portofino. The place is quiet but it’s in 30 seconds proximity to the piaza where the marina and all the restaurants are, so you are basically in the heart of Portofino. Swift responses when checking in and out, which is done fully remotely.
I was quite heartbroken when leaving this apartment.

Location very close to harbour and amenities
Exceptionally clean
Had all items necessary for a stay including washing machine , brollies ! Kitchen appliances
Air con if required and blankets if required
Great shower and washroom facilities
Very comfortable lovely property
Stairs were difficult but that’s due to the age of the building and owners have put in a rope rail to hold o nto and did nt bother us in the least

Location, few seconds from Harbour Square, shops and Bars.
Restaurant outside Appartment, supermarket 1 minute ( very expensive poor qaulity), buy food in Santa Margherita.
Very basic furnishings, plastic plates, plastic hamdled cutlery!!!!!
Spoke with host, Plastic Plates, Bowls etc are from a Boat!!!!
Not what you expect for more than 500 euros for 2 nights.
Just very basic.
Not worth the money paid in my opinion.
