We booked for one night to stay, but unfortunately we had to leave at midnight

There was only boiling water coming from the tap everywhere in the building The strange things is they know there was a water problem Why they let people book and come to stay The downstairs client also said they didn’t tell us before . They let us check in then they said there’s only hot coming from the tap not cold water at all How they can do that to people, how we suppose to take shower or wash hand with boiling water. I called the person he didn’t reply Then we had to contact booking.com,they say sory there’s no water coming from main outside pipe all day. After waiting for around 2-3 hours we had to leave around midnight to go at a family place to stay. We even ask far a refund but never receive the money Don’t rely on false reviews and book for your stay.
