Location: close to the city centre and within walking distance of the bus station (10 min.), but VERY far from the train station (this is the station where you arrive by train from Paola or any other place further north or south along the Tyrrhenian Sea).
There is also a smaller station with trains to Catanzaro Lido or Crotone (both on the Ionian Sea). Check in advance which station you need to go to.
The train station where I arrived (from Paola, the largest one!) was mainly large but very empty! There were no taxis waiting there either. One bus arrived heading towards the bus station, and a friendly lady on the bus was able to tell me at which stop I needed to get off.
Two days later, I returned to the train station by taxi (arranged through the owner of B&B Incanto).
There are restaurants and breakfast places near Incanto.
The lady at Incanto is particularly friendly and helpful. If you do not speak Italian, the conversation will take place using a computer translation programme, but that worked too.
The room and bathroom are very neat, comfortable, and will become a real second home. There is a minibar. The air conditioning works well.
Perhaps ask what all the shower buttons mean when checking in. It will save you time later.
It was very quiet there at night.
Besides the minibar, there is also a snack bar that was restocked for my second day.
Everything could be used up.
For breakfast, you receive a voucher for a coffee shop a 2-minute walk away. However, for that voucher, I only received 1 dulce (croissant or pastry), 1 coffee, and 1 small cup of water. That might suffice as breakfast for an Italian, but not for a Northerner. Fortunately, there were those snacks and the full minibar in the apartment!
The old town is within walking distance. Also, don't forget the Calatrava Bridge (the Ponte San Francesco di Paola). It is located close to the apartment. Staying here is highly recommended. The only difficulty was that the train station was so far...

Appartamento bellissimo dotato di ogni comfort, pulito, personale coordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Doccia e sauna favolose, vicinissimo al centro della città e facile da raggiungere. Colazione servita al bar affianco davvero buona, è stata una bella esperienza, sicuramente ci tornerò!

非常不错，联系了房主后在公寓楼那里等我们，房间里的冲浪浴缸棒极了！房间很干净，早餐是在楼下的咖啡馆吃的。房主态度特别好！地理位置特别好，就在步行街的旁边，离步行街大概100米，很方便！
