Good supporting staff. Attended readily when help needed and corrected the shortcomings when addressed. Good food.
Could have had a lift for elderly people to use, more varieties for breakfast could have been better especially for people who stay more than 2 days

We had a wonderful experience at Grand Minaro, a beautiful new property that truly stands out for its warm hospitality and attentive service.
The owner is extremely kind and welcoming, making guests feel genuinely valued from the very beginning. A heartfelt hat off to the front desk ladies and the manager in charge, who supported us in every possible way. Their professionalism, patience, and readiness to help made our stay smooth and stress-free.
The restaurant staff were equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The food was very good, fresh, and well-prepared. A special mention goes to the lime juice, which was absolutely refreshing and one of the best we’ve had.
Overall, Grand Minaro has made a strong first impression as a new property. With such a dedicated team and excellent service standards, it has great potential. Highly recommended, and we wish them great success ahead!
