Great location for Via Francigena and the bars, restaurants and shops of Viterbo.
Secure entrance. Participated in our luggage transfer service whilst walking the VF. Great communication from staff.
Clean, comfortable accommodation with AC. Refreshments provided.
Lack of natural light in the room (but we only stayed one night so not a real problem). Steep and narrow staircase wasn't great with our luggage, walking poles etc.

L’ospitalità a distanza dell’host è sicuramente una delle cose che più mi ha fatto piacere, preciso ed esaustivo nelle indicazioni di check in e check out, nei consigli su dove parcheggiare, nell’indicarci la convenzione alle Terme. Disponibile perfino ad inviarmi per posta degli abiti che avevo dimenticato in camera.
La posizione della struttura è sicuramente ottima per chi vuole viversi Viterbo a piedi.
Il design della camera è piacevole, nota positiva sono i sistemi si automazione di ingresso e di pagamento della tassa di soggiorno.
La nostra stanza aveva un soppalco con altri letti a cui non era possibile accedere, ma che veniva usato un po’ come deposito, c’erano buste di lenzuola, pacchi di carta igienica.
La strada in cui è locata la struttura sebbene centralissima è molto viva la sera/notte e il baccano può dar fastidio.

Pulita, centrale, stanza spaziosa, doccia walk in …
Stanza un po’ buia, interruttori della luce lontani dalla porta d’ingresso, aria condizionata non funzionante e luci comodino non presenti. Zona rumorosa.
