This apartment and the entire building are a true gem in terms of its location, design, space and surrounding area! Short walk to Nizami, Old City, etc — simply unbeatable. Our small group thoroughly enjoyed the grandeur of this spacious and beautifully designed apartment and the views of the vibrant Baku. We could not be happier! The host is beyond responsive.

Yousif Regimoff is a wonderful tourist representative and so polite and very helpful .
The location is near to Nizami street which is the most famous street in Baku
It wasn’t a serviced apartment and lack some materials like soups, enough shampoo for persons who hired it and no tissues in the kitchen or dining and living room.

I did not stay at the hotel, as the management contacted me requesting a cancellation due to issues with the apartment. I proceeded with the cancellation, which they later approved.
