The staff was very professional and pleasant/ The manager was great at organizing my ride to the hotel.
The food was authentic to the culture and delicious.
My room was clean, the water was hot and the location was perfect to access very the area!

El trato del personal muy bueno !! La habitación cómoda y limpia.un lugar céntrico alejado de la calle principal. Si bien, buena ubicación.
Coches aparcados en la misma puerta de la entrada principal que impiden paso. Y la ubicación del hotel estaba mal coordinado en Google map.
Todo lo demás estupendo !!!

I had difficulty locating the place and called for assistance. They provided very kind and clear directions over the phone. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a drink, and the owner and staff were truly exceptional.
The location was excellent!
It’s right in front of a delicious restaurant and very close to the Nine Arch Bridge trail.
Unlike the busy area around the station, it was quiet in the mornings and evenings, so I was able to sleep very well.
Like many places in Sri Lanka, the door lock was a little hard to manage — maybe more the lock’s fault than the guesthouse’s!

The location is very central and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and have a balcony with seating. Nice option for your stay in Ella. Breakfast is included which is also very nice.
We were with a big group including vegetarians and for breakfast we got a lot of meat so maybe good if next time it is asked if we eat meat and if some fruits are included. But we got fresh juice and the second day it was already a lot better.
