Location: excellent, very close to metro and bus stations. Area is nice and has all sorts of services; the room is very well organized, practical, easy, love it!
Could have been a tad cleaner - it was good overall but not squeaky clean. Floor was dusty, everything else was good (especially bathroom! Very good) Mop under the closet! But just that, overall good as I said.

Hi, well the place look fantastic in the website. I like that it is new and modern. Good Location.
Did not like that i paid extra for the terrace but the weather was cold and the cold was entering the room because that's what cold does i guess, it sips thru the doors and crevasses so don't get a terrace in winter. It is a smaller space than the photos in the website and you can hear the neighbors doing their "thang" because the walls are so thin. Other than that it has the basic to cook, very basic i mean, to make some eggs and heat up a soup. Thin hallways were not clean.
