The flat was cosy, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. We really enjoyed the interior and once inside it was very comfortable.
However, the check‑in was stressful. The host only sent photo instructions, and because the building has several wings, we first ended up in the wrong part. The correct wing had no lift, which was a big problem with heavy luggage, a baby, and a 7‑year‑old. The staircase to the third floor was steep and felt much higher.
The lock was also confusing — the photo didn’t show that you must touch the handle for the keypad to light up. The host didn’t answer calls for a long time and kept repeating that we should “look at the pictures”. Only after insisting did he explain how the lock actually worked.
Lovely flat, but the arrival process and lack of clear communication — especially not warning us about the absence of a lift despite knowing our situation — made things unnecessarily difficult.

Wunderbares Apartment in guter Lage. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Alles sehr sauber. Prima Lage in Riga. Freundliche und gute Kommunikation.

Appartments and furniture in condition like new. Well equiped and maintened.
No problem for us, but if you have bulky/heavy luggage, please mind no elevator to appartments.

All was perfect. Great location. Beautiful apartment. Well equipped. Nothing to improve. One of the best apartments we stayed at and good price.
There was no elevator, that’s not the problem for us but if you don’t like climbing the stairs , it can be problematic.
