The location of this property was outstanding! Right in the heart of old Amboise and steps from the Royal Chateau. Parking was nearby and not too challenging. The host was very responsive and helpful!
Being in the heart of the old town meant that it was always a bit too loud for
sleeping with the windows open but this was necessary at it was still warm in mid September.
The apartment itself was spacious, and had everything we needed; and the decor of the walls and lamps and tile were beautiful and modern.
There were few pierces of furniture that were quite flimsy-(the coffee table and the place to put your clothing.

AC should be properly installed. Should have another option for bed covers. It was too heavy for the season

third floor of a charming historic home that has been completely renovated with exceptional taste. It combines old-world character with all the modern comforts of home. The location is outstanding, just steps from one of Amboise’s main pedestrian streets and steps away from the Château Royal, restaurants, cafés, and wonderful shops. Marianne was delightful to work with, very responsive, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
Very little to dislike. The apartment is on the third floor, so guests should be comfortable with stairs, but the charm, views, and location make it well worth it
