La vue, la qualité de l’appartement ainsi que sa localisation.
Le sérieux du personnel de Homie.
Certains petits détails de l’équipement qui auraient permis d’être à la hauteur de la qualité de l’appartement (aspirateur, table à manger à l’extérieur, table basse dans le salon, lumières indirectes, chaises hautes dans la cuisine, brise vue entre les terrasses).
Enfin, la présence d’une crèche juste en face avec des enfants qui pleurent toute la journée, perturbant un peu la inquiétude du lieu.

Het is een zeer comfortabel, luxe appartement dat heel compleet is ingericht. Een heerlijk groot balkon/terras met waanzinnig uitzicht, twee loungechairs en zitje met twee lage stoelen, bankje en salontafel. Heerlijk bed. Eigen inpandig plekje in de garage op dezelfde verdieping als het appartement. Wel eerst de sleutel + afstandsbediening voor de garagedeur ophalen uit het sleutelkastje van het appartement.
We misten een parasol of zonnescherm op het balkon en een tafel met stoelen om buiten. Maar we hebben daar de tafel en stoelen van binnen voor gebruikt.

The apartment, which exceeded my expectations. Great value for money, all the required amenities for long stay in Camara do Lobos/Madeira, the greatest balcony and view to the ocean. New facility with free parking and pool. Great host, easy communication and instructions. The perfect place to enjoy the island.
The bed can be better.

Schoon, mooi, nieuw, uitzicht op oceaan.
Goed bed, fijne keuken. Parkeergarage.
Veel mensen op de klif 100 meter tegenover het balkon. Krappe douche cabine. Niet even lopend het dorp in, maar altijd de auto.
