Το διαμέρισμα ήταν δίπλα στο διαμέρισμα της κόρης μου την οποία ήρθα να επισκεφτώ από το εξωτερικό και μόλις 5 λεπτά από το Μετρό στάση Χαλάνδρι, που έκανε πολύ εύκολες τις μετακινήσεις μας στα αξιοθέατα στην Αθήνα. Η συγκεκριμένη περιοχή του Χαλανδρίου είναι πολύ όμορφη, κοντά στη Ρεματιά και με πολλά μαγαζιά κοντά αλλά ήσυχη και με πολύ πράσινο. Εκτιμήσαμε πολύ τα ωραία μεγάλα μπαλκόνια και το άνοιγμα από τον 3ο όροφο.

Θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί η διακόσμηση στα υπνοδωμάτια.

Άνετο σπίτι σε ωραία, ήσυχη περιοχή. Εύκολο πάρκιγκ για δεύτερο αυτοκίνητο.Για ένα αυτοκίνητο έχει υπόγειο πάρκινγκ στο κτίριο.

Πολύ μικρό το WC χωρίς εξαερισμό.Δεν βρήκα σίδερο για ρούχα. Ήμασταν εδώ για γάμο και μας χρειαζόταν.

The apartment worked well for grandparents plus family with children. It was very helpful to have access to building parking garage. The balcony was shady and comfortable afternoon and evening
