This new apartment has a great location between the Old Town and the Spanish Quarter, very close to the metro station, restaurants, a small farmer's market, a bakery and a quite big grocery store. The apartment is very spacious and overlooks the inner courtyard, which is a big plus in this location - it's quiet and the view is still quite nice. The air conditioning is new and efficient, with individual controls for each room. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The building has an elevator.
a very small bathroom, a smell from the drains for the first few days and the internet quality was not very good - I had to relocate the router to the balcony to get better internet speed (4G internet)

La situation géographique est très bien, pas loin du centre historique. Et l'appartement est très calme et propre. Un petit balcon est un plus.
La connexion wifi et 5G est terrible. Si on veut se déconnecter du monde numérique, cet appartement est parfait. Mais si on est là pour un déplacement professionnel, il est impossible de travailler dans cet appartement. En plus l'odeur constant de l’égout dans la salle d'eau est vraiment désagréable, et on ne peut pas faire une petite toilette dans la salle d'eau car le lavabo est minuscule, il faut se mettre dans la douche le matin et le soir, ce n'est pas du tout pratique.
