The 2 days Mekong cruise package was absolutely amazing, exceeded our expectations. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was so comfortable & easy. The boat is lovely & relaxing, food was really delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for our guide Deng or the other team members. A real experience. We enjoyed stopping at the villages to see village life. We enjoyed staying the night in Bak Beng as it’s a basic riverside village but easy to find food & drink. The hotel in town is very basic but okay.

Well organised
No explanation on how to go to the boat from Chiang Rai. No transparency on the package . We had to change hotel as we did not know package included one night in guest house . System did not take credit card , link to payment did not work. I was forced to go to atm and pay on Kip not good payment system for international guests
