Very bad homestay
The house air condition is not working. The electricity keep on Off and on we couldnt stay properly. The house auto gate didnt work properly we had hard times to come in n out
Very bad service. The worst ever homestay ive Been stayed in. Very hot without air conditioning. Owner mention air conditioning was not working. How could this Been house provide To us without a working air conditioning

The stay experience was less than satisfactory.
The house and porch spacious, comfortable, and well-sized.
There are several areas that require improvement by the homestay management:
1. The fan and air conditioner in the living hall were not functioning properly — the airflow was very weak and not cold, and there was no remote control to adjust the temperature.
2. The air conditioner in the upstairs master bedroom was leaking; water was dripping onto the bedsheet and mattress.
3. No extra blankets or pillow covers were provided.
4. The cleanliness level was unsatisfactory — there was a dead cockroach found in the hall and kitchen was not clean, with lizard droppings present.
5. We stayed for 2 nights. Upon check-in, the electrical wiring in the kitchen was already faulty — all switch units were damaged, some appeared burnt, and none were usable. As a result, we were unable to cook, heat food, or boil water. Only on the second day did a wireman come to repair the electrical wiring, including fixing a leaking water heater pipe and an upstairs bathroom sink that was clogged. In addition, a water dispenser (Coway) was not provided, and the refrigerator was too small and not suitable for a double-storey house.
6. The water pump was excessively strong and very noisy, especially at night, which disrupted our rest.
7. The staircase step covers were badly chipped and damaged, posing a safety concern.
8. Some remote controls had weak batteries, and had insufficient batteries, making it impossible to control the fan, air conditioner, and TV. The host only provided new batteries the following day for the hall. Upstairs, only one air conditioner remote was functioning properly; the others were unusable due to weak batteries.
We hope the homestay management will take note of these issues and make the necessary improvements for the comfort of future guests.
