The location, the cleanliness and the security
Getting into the car park is challenging especially with a big car. There was one day when we couldn't get a parking and have to park on the road side.

The size of the room and the bathroom was comfortable. The sheets were clean .... the toilet was considerably clean. The basic items were provided - hairdryer, body wash&shampoo, small cabinet & mirror for toiletries at the bathroom basin was a nice touch. The door safety measures were well-planned assuring safety :) ... was nice.
1) Cleanliness of the bathroom walls looked stained unfortunately:(
2) Additional floor mat at the bathroom entrance would have been an added comfort to keep feet dry :)
3) The underground parking entry & exit was a little tight for an SUV sadly.
4) Not having a TV in the room perhaps .... not a serious issue though :)
