Falta de contato com pessoas, mesmo on-line. Não tem informação no local sobre wi-fi, nenhuma dica da vizinhança, falta acolhimento. Não tem sal, açúcar, azeite, nao tem como cozinhar algo rápido sem fazer compras. deixam apenas 3 cápsulas de café para hospedagem de duas noites em dois hóspedes. Muito confortável, mas amenidades e facilidades nada além do essencial mínimo.

Property was clean and modern, newly appointed, easy access to building and unit with access code, kitchen amenities, close to food market and within walking distance to palace and plaza mayor.
On day of checkout we left at 9am to take out trash and got locked out of unit. Our checkout time was 11 AM and we were trying to catch a flight. It was resolved because fortunately there was a worker on site but if there hadn’t been, we may have been locked out or missed our flight. Also, we requested an extra pillow because one of the bed pillows was very small. Not happy that you weren’t able to provide an additional pillow.

neutral, location is quite, studio was clean, everything worked, sufficient groceries nearby and other amenities. many nearby bus stops, I spent 2 wks here the onsite staff are quite pleasant very nice and helpful, the cleaner came on Friday to clean the studio and did a great job
the access to the building and all the stairs is a big negative the bldg is on a slope and the entrance is on the side so it's a ton of stairs to access and leave, lack of an outside space, it's not practical to open the blinds due to being on the walk path, the curtains don't fully cover the window so you can't open the blinds and use the curtains for privacy, instructions to access the room can be clearer, remote staff and out of country contact is a negative, shower water pressure is poor another big negative for me, perhaps a video before hand on access and how things work on unit and where things are located. the room door you need to touch it for the key pad to show up, that was unclear, Neutral not a recommend for me,
