The property had everything you needed.

The location was very central to our needs and activities for the 10 days, whether it be for the kid's sporting activities around the Eastern region, or sightseeing, being easy to drive to a train station and get a train into Melbourne, or drive around and see the sights, such as Mount Dandenong and the Yarra Valley region.
The house has had a modern makeover, the bathroom was very spacious, clean, ample mirrors, ample storage racks for toiletries etc, and the shower was large with 2 shower heads available. The house also had a second toilet, handy for the kids that needed to use a toilet when someone was in the shower.
The kitchen had everything we needed, although we weren't always around to use the kitchen, but for breakfast and a quick tea, it was fine for what we wanted to cook. The fridge was very large, with an ice and water station built in, great for filling the kids drink bottles up with ice and water before we left for the day.
The beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft, and easy to fall asleep in, the kids slept soundly, with an air conditioner in each room for comfort if needed. The TV in the lounge was large, again, we didn't get to use it much, but the kids loved the fact it was a smart TV also.
The house felt secure with roller shutter blinds, although on a relatively busy thoroughfare street, and a little bit of traffic noise, this didn't really bother us at all.
There was also an off-street roller door garage for use also, which was useful, as the parking just outside the house is limited.
Overall, this place suited our needs, close to the local Woolworths and Coles, and the Dandenong market, great for a small selection of various authentic styled foods and eateries, we enjoyed our stay.
And a nice touch, the owner had arranged for the air conditioners to be on by the time we arrived on a 45C degree day, the house was nice and cool, and great communication with the owner when needed. Thank you.
Very minor issues, more so for the kids, the internet was quite slow, but we weren't home enough for this to be a real issue, and the garage really does suit a smaller vehicle, a Kia Carnival only just fits with folding the mirrors in when driving in and out.

We do love this property which was close to all the shops the cleanliness that I must rate for this house is 10/10
