Sehr ruhige Lage! Von dort aus, alles gut zu erreichen.

701 / 5.000 Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestyle mit Terrasse und kleiner Liegewiese. Man kann 2 PKWs parken. Moderne Einrichtung, komfortabel ausgestatteter Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Salzhaff und zweiseitiger Gartensicht. Alles sehr sauber, die Matratzen bequem. Ruhig und ländlich gelegen, ideal zum Entspannen, Erkunden der Natur, Wandern oder Spazierengehen zum Salzhaff. Ideal für eine Familie, zwei Paare, Radfahrer, Kitesurfer und Segler. Hinweis: Kleines Dorf mit vielen Ferienhäusern. Alles muss selbst mitgebracht werden, da es in der Nähe keinen Supermarkt gibt (Netto, Norma, Rewe Neubukow, ca. 10 km entfernt). Eine Buslinie ist vorhanden, mit dem Auto ist es aber praktischer oder man bringt noch seine Fahrräder mit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei, die Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Lovely holiday maisonette with terrace and small garden. Modern furnishings, a comfortably equipped living-dining-kitchen area with a beautiful view of the Salzhaff lagoon and a double aspect view over the garden. Everything was very clean, the mattresses comfortable. A quiet rural spot, perfect for relaxing, exploring the surrounding area and going on hikes or for a walk down to the lagoon. Ideal for a family, two couples, cyclists, kitesurfers, and those into sailing. Note: This is a small village with many holiday homes. You'll need to bring everything with you; there's no convenience store or supermarket nearby (Netto, Norma, Rewe Neubukow, is about 10 km away). There's a bus service, but it's more convenient to drive or bring your own bikes. The flat is not fully accessible for people with impairments or wheelchair users, the bedrooms are all upstairs.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Verwaltung und Gast könnte besser sein. Wir erhielten eine Nachricht mit einem Code, es fehlten Beschreibungen wo der Keysafe ist, wie man die Tür öffnet, auch eine Art Hausmappe für die Geräte in der Wohnung, Müll, Parking etc. Wir haben die Verwaltung über kleinere Mängel informiert, und auch, dass das WLAN nicht benutzbar war. Die Mitarbeiter waren telefonisch gut erreichbar, aber ein versprochener Rückruf oder Email blieb aus. Das würde man zumindest erwarten. Wir haben Unterkunft für einen sehr guten Preis buchen können, da sie erst neu bei Booking erschienen ist. Allerdings sind die Preise pro Nacht nun wesentlich höher. Da würde man erwarten, dass Bettwäsche, ein Satz Handtücher, einfache Reinigungsprodukte vor Ort inklusive sind, sowie auch Basics in der Küche . Communication between property agent and guests could be better. We received a message with a keysafe access code but there were no descriptions of where the keysafe was, how to open the door nor instructions for all the appliances in the apartment, rubbish, recycling, parking, etc. We informed the agent about minor issues we found and also that the Wi-Fi wasnt available. The staff easy to reach by phone, but the promised callback or email didn't happen. We were able to book the apartment for a very good price as it was just newly listed on Booking.com. However, the prices per night are now significantly higher. I would expect bed linen, a set of towels, basic cleaning products and basic kitchen supplies to be included.
