Pessimo

Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione

Tutto! Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato diverse problematiche che hanno reso il soggiorno tutt’altro che piacevole. L’appartamento non era nelle condizioni di pulizia che riteniamo accettabili: abbiamo trovato un asciugamano sporco di sangue, il divano sporco con capelli e polvere che era lì da non so quanto tempo, la tavola del WC attaccata con un pezzo di scotch che poi è caduto. Non si tratta quindi di una semplice imperfezione o di un dettaglio trascurabile, ma di aspetti che riguardano direttamente la pulizia e l’igiene degli ambienti. Non c’era l’estintore e neanche era presente il cin cose ormai obbligatorie ed il giorno dopo avendo paura di qualche denuncia si sono affrettati a metterlo. A questo si è aggiunto il fatto che il forno non funzionava, nonostante fosse presente tra le dotazioni dell’appartamento. Un elettrodomestico indicato come disponibile dovrebbe essere effettivamente funzionante e utilizzabile dagli ospiti. Inoltre cosa molto importante dovevi scegliere tra acqua calda e condizionatore perché (detto da loro) il contatore si sarebbe staccato se avessimo attaccato entrambi…cosa alquanto spiacevole!!! Abbiamo chiesto di poterci far avere un’altra struttura in quanto era veramente pietosa quella ma non è stato possibile anzi ci hanno detto che ci avevano rimborsato e di lasciare l’appartamento…il rimborso non c’è mai stato infatti poi molte ore dopo ci hanno chiesto se avessimo lasciato l’appartamento che avrebbero provveduto al rimborso! Pure bugiardi quindi…..Comunque pessima esperienza!!!

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut gelegen. Es fehlt nichts.

Jetzt im Winter ist es im Haus sehr kalt, einige Batterien funktionieren nicht. Wir haben ständig gefroren, und das war nicht gerade angenehm.
