I tipi della reception, due ragazzotti poco intelligenti!

Buena ubicación y el dueño excelente atención. Tuve un problema importante al llegar a Constantina, no lleve dinero en efectivo y los cajeros automáticos no me expendían dinero. El dueño del alojamiento fue muy paciente y buena persona, pudiendo yo solucionar el problema al día siguiente. Si no hubiese sido por él yo habría colapsado mentalmente con este inconveniente inicial. En cuanto al alojamiento, se encuentra bien ubicado en una calle principal y cerca de los puentes, es bastante seguro en general. Tiene aire acondicionado y es muy cómodo.

No podría decir algo negativo del lugar.

Muy buena ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad vieja. La gente que lo atiende es toda muy servicial y agradable. Muy buenas personas, que hicieron la estadía perfecta.

Its quite clean, beds are confortable, the location is nice although at night the neighbourhood seems unsafe

It is not clearly stated that the rooms are with shared bathroom, I would advise for them to make this clearer on booking.com. I felt quite unsafe as a female solo traveller in the neighbourhood, specially once it goes dark and the shops are closed. The staff is kind, but honestly not very effective. I booked with them a taxi to go to the airport because I had an early flight. We discussed many times and I payed in advance (was quite expensive, around double of what it usually should cost). I was ready 10 mins before, and at that time they told me they had called the taxi driver and he was going to be 20 mins late, and then that he was not coming at all. I ended up walking 15 mins with the staff to a taxi point to just grab a random car on the street. They should be more professional about these things, specially if it is something important like a flight.
