Excellent stay, we would definitely return!
Our stay at the Riad was absolutely amazing! Our room (number 6) was beautiful and equipped with air conditioning, while both the room and the common areas were spotless and cleaned daily.
The Riad is in an excellent location, very close to the Saadian Tombs, which makes transportation very convenient as Uber can drop you off just a 3-minute walk away. The food at the property was also delicious and safely prepared, so you can dine there without any hesitation.
The breakfast was quite good and simple, served with tea and filter coffee, with the option to order extra omelets or eggs. We experienced a slight misunderstanding here, as we weren't informed upfront that extra eggs/omelets or ordering seconds of the standard items carried an additional charge. However, the issue was resolved immediately after speaking with the manager, who kindly waived the extra fee.
On the downside, the rooftop jacuzzi and the hammam area are in need of a minor renovation. Also, please keep in mind that the property does not have a POS machine for card payments. Payments are cash-only (Euros or Moroccan Dirhams), but you can conveniently exchange Euros to Dirhams directly at the property.
Overall, the hospitality left us with the best impressions. We will definitely return to Marrakech and we will absolutely choose the same Riad for our stay again!
