Close to the subway station! And very easy to follow instructions from the host! Thank you for early check in!
It was a bit messy and facilities are dated/some things like walls are a bit broken especially in the bathroom. There was a bit of a smell from the pipes sometimes.

The location is nice and the access is easy (self check in and out). Very clean and towels and slippers are provided. Also filtered water dispenser in the hallway for free. The host said we could also check in early by leaving our luggage in the Laundry room which is next to the entrance door (and is locked), so very nice :) host also responds quickly to messages. There is also central heating in the floor so the room is easily warm.
It's close also to convenience stores and walking distance to hongdae.
The corridor is a bit small so you should be skinny if you rent this :s also walls are thin so if other guests are noisy you will hear everything.
It's not a dislike, but if you are travelling with big suitcases (the 20kg ones), they won't fit in your room. I was with a small 8kg suitcase and it barely fit next to the bed. It's better to go to this place with backpacks.

住宿地點很不錯
我住3號房.床鋪很舒適
空間對獨旅來說很適中
入住說明清楚
浴室水壓跟溫度都很好
基本乾淨清潔
房門還有加裝鎖片
讓人安心
雖然隔音不太好
但有自備耳塞 一切很OK
因為在NAVER上找不到 所以出發前一直很擔心
希望房東可以多一點訊息給住客
我想可以減少住客焦慮^^

価格が非常に安く良かった。オンライン上でスタッフと連絡を取っていたが返信が速く助かりました。駅やコンビニが近く便利。
カビが生えている箇所や、壁紙がぼこぼこになっている箇所があった。部屋と部屋をまたぐところにお風呂がある為、誰かがお風呂に入っていると部屋から出られない状況になる。坂の上にある為、スーツケースを持ちながらの移動は大変。
