The little apartment room has all the amenities one could need. Conveniently located in Nice.
The room was dark and dungeon-like but they did a nice job with the decor to uplift the setting. A little overpriced.

Trop petit logement pour 2.
Chambre en sous-sol.
J'ai demandé à quitter la chambre 1 heure plus tard que prévu (12h au lieu de 11h) en raison de mon vol retardé, mais refusé. Pas très sympa...

Sicuramente la posizione, molto comoda e strategica per raggiungere il mare e la stazione
La stanza non era pulitissima, c’erano 1 solo asciugamano a testa per 5 notti e se ne volevamo un’altro dovevamo pagare, cuscini scomodi, area condizionata debole, non era presente una tapparella e quindi da fuori si vedeva tutto dato che la stanza era a livello strada e inoltre erano presenti solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica ed il bagno era davvero troppo piccolo, non si riesce a chiudere nemmeno la porta se ci stai seduto.
