Péssima estrutura e mal atendimento.

Avaliação: 0/10 – Experiência péssima Aluguei o apartamento do dia 14 ao dia 22 e, infelizmente, tive uma das piores experiências de hospedagem. Logo no primeiro contato, a proprietária foi extremamente grosseira, me cobrando por não atender mensagens, sendo que eu estava em viagem. Inclusive, tentei contato com ela e também não fui atendida. Ao chegar no apartamento, fui surpreendida com a cobrança de energia elétrica, algo que não estava informado no anúncio no Booking no momento da minha reserva. Essa informação só foi passada após a minha entrada no imóvel. A estrutura do prédio é precária: entrada toda quebrada, com rachaduras e buracos, passando uma sensação de abandono total. Durante a estadia, enfrentei diversos problemas graves: Fiquei presa no elevador, sem qualquer suporte. Houve queda de energia no prédio e fiquei trancada do lado de fora, sem ajuda da anfitriã. Ficamos 2 dias sem elevador, tendo que subir escadas. Fiquei 1 dia sem água, sem sequer conseguir tomar banho. Fiquei 8 dias sem televisão, mesmo estando anunciada como disponível. A própria anfitriã informou que retirou o serviço. Além disso, mesmo passando o dia inteiro fora em passeios, fui cobrada por consumo de energia. Cheguei a registrar em vídeo o relógio de luz girando com o apartamento totalmente fechado, o que levanta dúvidas sobre essa cobrança. Mesmo assim, a anfitriã ainda colocou em dúvida o meu questionamento, desconsiderando as evidências apresentadas. O que mais agravou a situação foi a falta de suporte e a postura grosseira da anfitriã, que em nenhum momento ajudou a resolver os problemas. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Falta de estrutura, transparência e respeito com o hóspede. Segue vídeo só relógio. Isso e roubo
