Henry pomógł nam we wszystkim, zarezerwował bilety, wyjaśnił szczegółowo każdy etap zwiedzania. Odpowiedział na każdą wiadomość. Hotel ma ładny widok i wygodne łóżko. Obsługa na prośby reaguje natychmiast, jest uprzejma i uśmiechnięta. Śniadania są smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Można również zamówić obiad czy kolację. Hotel znajduje się daleko od miasta, ale z łatwością można zamówić didi.

Hotel nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach umieszczonych w ofercie. Potrzebuje odnowienia i prac remontowych.

A magical place, a room with a breathtaking view of the mountains — we watched the sunrise and it will be an unforgettable memory... simply perfect hotel for location, beauty, spaciousness and functionality of the room, services... a special mention for Henry who literally guided us on our hikes, explaining the itineraries step by step, supporting us in purchasing tickets, assisting us remotely at all times and for every need even beyond our hotel stay. Thank you Henry for making our stay in Zhangjiajie even more magical!

Wat een rust en familiale omgeving straalt deze plaats uit. Makkelijke communicatie via whatts app om alles te organiseren. Zeer goede transfer naar het Nationaal park. Lekkere maaltijden die voor je bereid worden. En na lange wandelingen kan je een rustgevend bad nemen.
