Nog niet klaar voor verhuur…

Het appartement is nieuw en daarmee is alles super schoon. Daarnaast is de ruimte relatief groot, erg prettig om 2 aparte slaapkamers te hebben. Terras is ook heel fijn, keuken heeft veel spullen. En een wasmachine, super handig!

CV ketel in de woonkamer die stinkt. Zelfs met raam open. Badkamer is onhandig ingedeeld, douchen in het bad is niet makkelijk als volwassene. Water was lauw en niet warm te krijgen. Geen wifi. Parkeerplek is geschikt voor kleine auto’s. Op straat is je parkeerplek niet gegarandeerd. Daarnaast is de ruimte op dit moment karig aangekleed. Wat leuke tekeningen op de muur en een kleedje zou het al heel sfeervol maken.
