It was a great location close to restaurants, Charles Bridge, transit, Prague Castle. Our apartment was excellent. Clean comfortable and well equipped for simple meals ( breakfast). A very nice space that feels newly renovated and tasteful.
There was a lot of late night partying on the street right outside our window.

Beautiful apartment which was very spacious, great amenities and had a comfortable bed in a fantastic location; so close to all the sites!
Falsely advertised as being a peaceful place to sleep; in reality there was perpetual banging coming from one of the walls and an event space within the palace so very loud music late at night. I didn’t feel the staff I communicated with were at all empathetic to this and came across as rude. I don’t believe the property is worth as much as I paid considering the significant level of noise disruption, and I would have expected a partial refund - however in reality they never even responded to my evidence of the noise.

Great location, clean and spacious room with a unique design.
The €350 deposit seems excessive. I have never had such a big charge for such a deposit. It was eventually reverted, but upon looking at reviews on Google, a lot of people have issues with getting their deposit back. When we checked with the staff that we would get the deposit back and that we were concerned as we had seen bad reviews about this, we found the staff quite rude as they asked us why we booked if we had seen bad reviews, and then they claimed all the reviews on Google were fake. Then when we checked in, our bedroom door would not close which we sent them proof of. While they did move us to another room, they told us they couldn't see an issue with the door. It was clear that you could push the door from the outside without using the pin code or even pushing down the door handle, so there was a clear issue. They also told us it was fine to sleep in the apartment with the broken door as the building was safe, but who would feel comfortable with that? Overall we were disappointed with the staff's treatment of us, and there is never any need for such an expensive deposit.
