I loved the futons on the tatami, and the views at night were wonderful, a great place.
it's not that easy to find your way around with only some instructions, but fortunately some people around helped me out.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage to the room. The rooms are very well equipped, including a refrigerator, hairdryer, microwave, and kettle. We especially loved having a balcony.
The shared kitchen and washing machine are accessible to all guests and fully equipped—nothing was missing.
The location is excellent. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Horikirishobuen Station, from where you can easily reach all parts of the city by public transportation. There is also a 7-Eleven directly across the street, and many great restaurants within walking distance.
The host was very accommodating and allowed us a late check-out since our flight was later in the day. This made traveling with our 7-month-old baby much easier.
If we come back to Tokyo, we will definitely choose this place again!

Pretty close to train station
Bathroom shower curtain had mold. The floor on the bathroom also had mold. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working.
