A really lovely decorated lodge with a generous amount of comfy seating in the living room; very nice having horses in the field out the back and the communal areas were a lovely touch.
A small selection of basic condiments in the kitchen would have been useful but we were only there for two days so managed without. Some of the windows (stairs and kitchen) didn't have blinds so just have to make sure you're fully dressed when walking by!

Cleanish, quiet, nice play area.
As the only bathroom was downstairs a curtain on the large hall window would have been nice. Also it had complementary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits but some milk in the fridge or in the onsite shop would have been helpful.

Location good for travelling across Norfolk. Found 2 lovely pubs within 5 minutes for dinner
