The kitchen is well equipped, the studio was clean, AC well functioning. Good communication with the host. Although a rather cheap stay, without a car is not worth it.
The place is accessible really only by car, rather far from the city centre. Although the studio was clean, there was a lingering unpleasant smell, especially in the common parts and outside the building.
