The apartment is in an excellent location—couldn’t be better—and it is completely new and clean.
What I would point out is that the photos of two apartments are combined, and it’s not clear which one is being rented. I thought I was renting an apartment with a separate bedroom, but I got a studio. I accepted it as my mistake, but it’s something to pay attention to.
The biggest drawback is that the studio (the smaller apartment) has no window, so the only way to ventilate the space is through the entrance door, which opens directly onto the promenade.

Il bagno non ha la porta e forma un ambiente unico con il corridoio e la cucina (nella planimetria invece è disegnata una porta); troppi soprammobili che ingombrano e non sono utili a vivere comodamente la casa; lavandino della cucina troppo piccolo; non ci sono armadi o guardaroba; i cassetti e gli stipi della cucina erano in disordine.
