The location was almost optimal for my purposes. (There was nothing closer to the Technology University available on Booking.com.) The premises exceeded my expectations in several aspects. The apartment wasn't spotless and design by a prize-winning interior architect. Instead, it was cozy and comfortable. So much so that one morning I was late for the conference because I was sitting and working in the armchair, legs stretched out, laptop in my lap, a cup of coffee at hand, and I really didn't want to leave. In addition to many snacks, there was food of all kinds in the cupboards and I pity I didn't have time for cooking - or taking a bath, a nice little luxury I truly adore. Looking around the rooms, I found all the little amenities and appliances I might have needed. There's a general store and a bus stop almost in front of the house, and the view from the balcony is beautifully green. For some travellers, there are better acommodations, of course - first of all, this place is not in the city centre - but then again, nobody said it was Hilton. You want Hilton, go to Hilton. Good for you.
What didn't I like? Unfortunatwely, I didn't have time for a longer stay. I would have liked to take some days off, having long walks in the vicinity, reading books and taking occasional naps in that armchair. Well, perhaps next time.

Really nice and helpful host, everything was according to photos and as discussed. As a bonus there were a lot of snacks and stuff for cooking.
Some neighbors were smoking from time to time in the common corridor, smell was quite noticeable in the apartment. Not sure if there were occasional guests or workers, or permanent residents. But this is definitely not a fault of the host.
