No airconditioning

Spacious and light rooms. Quiet rural area.

No airconditioning in the living areas makes this place unsuitable for a -hot- summer stay. Only the main bed room has an old warn mobile airco, insufficient to cool the room. The house needs a serious upgrade in cooling and ventilation. The garden needs green fingers and general maintenance, the entry through the garden is not easily accessible for guests with luggage. The many steps and stairs make the house unfit for elderly or guests with disabilities.

Hidden gem

Massive, spacious house, pond with frogs, big outdoor and indoor dining tables, huge electrically adjustable beds, AC in master bedroom, super high quality furniture throughout, great vibe and taste, amazing hosts. Proper hidden gem, 10/10 big time. Keep it up guys!

I strongly advise against this place. A friend and I had a two-night reservation in October. Upon arrival, we found that the property had no hot water or heating, and some rooms lacked electricity. We had planned to attend a concert in Velno, but because we couldn't wash up after our journey, we decided to cancel and cut our stay short to just one day. The owners initially assured us that we would receive a partial refund, but then all communication ceased. I do not recommend them; this was my worst booking experience via Booking.com. Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur dringend abraten. Ein Freund und ich hatten für Oktober zwei Nächte gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es weder warmes Wasser noch eine Heizung, und in einigen Räumen fehlte sogar der Strom. Wir hatten eigentlich geplant, ein Konzert in Velno zu besuchen, doch da wir uns nach der Reise nicht einmal waschen konnten, haben wir darauf verzichtet und unseren Aufenthalt auf einen Tag verkürzt.Die Eigentümer versicherten anfangs, dass wir eine Teilrückerstattung erhalten würden, doch danach brach der Kontakt ab. Nicht zu empfehlen – meine bisher schlechteste Buchung über Booking. Szczerze odradzam to miejsce, razem z kolegą mieliśmy zarezerwowane dwie noce w pażdzierniku. Po przyjeżdzie w obiekcie nie było ciepłej wody ani ogrzewania, w niektórych pomieszczeniach brakowało zasilania elektrycznego. W raz z kolegą planowaliśmy wybrać się na kocert do Velno, niestety z braku możliwości umycia się po podrózy zrezygnowaliśmy i skróciliśmy nasz pobyt do jednego dnia. Właściciele początkowo zapewniali że otrzymamy częsciowy zwrot kosztów po czym kontakt się urwał. nie polecam, najgorsza moja rezerwacja przez booking.

Sehr großzügige Wohnfläche, hochwertig ausgestattet, ruhige Lage

Für uns kein Problem, aber ggf. bei Gehbehinderung zu beachten: selbst auf der gleichen Etage sind die einzelnen Wohnbereich (z.b. Küche zu Essbereich zu Wohnbereich) oft über mehrere Stufen miteinander verbunden.
