Extremely disappointing, Misleading Amenities list, Bedroom wall, backs on to where bins are empty
Close to town, but far enough away. Pool area backs on to the ocean which was great to viewing sunsets. Other than that more problems and grievances then likes. Best to keep searching. I would if I had a redo.
Well, where to begin. BOOKING.com has a list of what is included, that list has Tv, Aircon Hair dryer, dishwasher Washing machine and dryer etc. NO documentation or information provided hinted at a shared laundry area, yet alone payment for this specific amenity. You would think when washing machine and dryer is included in a list with tv and hair dryer, the expectation would be that its in the room your hiring. No instead its in a shared area that closes early 9pm (to avoid noise), and involves payment to use. Booking.com was misleading and I was very upset with the whole situation as that was the sole reason why I choose this place. The washer and dryers require either the use of an app or quarters (which setting up account was virtually impossible due to having a international phone number and the app struggling to send through authentication code etc. And No one around had quarters. WHO wants to go to a bank on holidays so you can chase down quarters to do your washing. In addition, emails sent by the operators prior to arrival had further inclusions which included WASHING PODS will be provided. NO pods were provided until I called them. They told me on the phone that when the inspector checked the room he noted there was zero washing pods, yet they signed off the room as ready for use and hoped I wouldn't need them. I had no issues with the shared washer area but advertising washer and dryer and then making it extremely difficult to utilize that amenity due to the payment situation made the whole situation frustrating, Staff were not helpful in this regard. Finally this room specifically the BEDROOM backs on to a common walkway where the garbage bins are lined up on. They close the laundry space at 9pm due to noise, but that doesn't stop staff from emptying these bins at 5 o'clock in the morning. Did not get a good sleep in due to the constant slamming of bin lids.
If I could do over, I would not stay here & would of opted for somewhere else.

Ideale Lage direkt am Meer, zentral gelegen, immer sauber , mit freundlichem Personal.

Nichts, alles war in der Küche und anderswo vorhanden
