Very good location. Lots of restaurant options. The building had some nice amenities, such as play space for kids, a nice front desk staff and a rooftop pool. It was in a good location too, close walking to the downtown area, with nicer food options around. It had a nice balcony and good sized room.
The place only sleeps 2 people. The convertible sofa is shorter than a typical person and has a metal bar down the middle. It’s unusable, even for a smaller person. Our son ended up sleeping on the floor because of this. Do not rent if you have more than 2 people. The apartment has enough room for a full sized sofa bed. You should definitely upgrade if you want to advertise for more than 2 people. There was also no place to hang towels or wet clothing. It needs towel racks in the bathroom. There is no shower doors and water spills out of the shower onto the whole bathroom floor.
