The location is wonderful for access to the major attractions. The ac was a life saver in the heat. The beds were very comfortable
The management was helpful and accommodating
The elevator is wonderful for luggage and the times you just can’t walk anymore!
2 more plates and a few more pieces of silverware would be helpful esp since the apt fits 3-4 people comfortably.

Perfect location, close to everything, museums and shopping when it’s not too hot to walk..
Large flat, 2 bedrooms, very comfortable beds. High ceiling, industrial style renovation. One large bedroom and a smaller one.
Quiet, no street noise, just the constant hum of a/c outside. Very pleasant apartment to recover after an exhausting day in the Athens heat. The bathroom is small but adequate.
A/c is very efficient.
Supermarkets within walking distance.
Nice restaurants in the street. Lovely area!
The 13 steps to access the elevator on the 1st floor are very difficult, particularly if you’re elderly or carrying heavy luggage, or both. No mention of those steps in the apartment description.
The kitchen part of the apartment is very basic, only 2 dinner plates and 2 dessert plates. Very few utensils to cook, only one pan. No big deal, not in Athens to cook !
Basic items like like washing up liquid and kitchen towels are missing. No spare toilet paper in the bathroom.
No view from the windows. Nothing the owner can do about this!

מיקום מרכז העיר העתיקה באתונה ליד הפרלמנט 200 מטר מתחנת האוטובוס מכיכר סינטיגמה לשדה התעופה יש מעלית לדירה 2 חדרי שינה עם מיטות זוגיות וכלי מיטה ומיטה טובים נוחים ונקיים מקרר מעולה סלון גדול עם טלביזיה גדולה ראיתי משחקי מונדיאל 2026 ונהנתי מיקום שקט מים חמים כל הזמן עם הוראות של בעלי המקום להפעלת הבויילר קומקום חשמלי וגם מכונת קפה אבל לא השתמשנו המדרחוב ארמו מרכז העיר ברחוב המקביל . כיכר מונאריאסקי מרחק הליכה דרך השכונות היפות והשווקים של מרכז אתונה דירה עם 2 חדרי שינה מרווחים וארונות לשירות מזגן בכל חדר ובסלון מגבות בדירת האירות ממליץ מאד על דירה זו וכן הוראות לקבלת המפתח והפעלת החימום מצויינים
בבקשה להתקין אביזר לתלות את ידית הטוש למקלחת , הייתי נותן ציון גבוהה יותר אם היה מתפש כזה לידית המקלחת , וכן יש מספר מדרגות בכניסה לבניין על מנת להגיע למעלית
