The service and hospitality of ALL staff here was amazing!!! We enjoyed the welcome tea, the breakfast and the afternoon tea.

Just spent 3 nights at the SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times.
If you love a zen, minimalist aesthetic and want to feel absolutely pampered, this is the spot.
Here is why this hotel completely blew us away:
• Dreamy Rooms: The zen minimalist decor is so calming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room is perfectly insulated from the city noise outside. Our absolute favorite part was the cozy window corner with Chinese-style seats, a tea table, and a full tea-brewing set provided by the hotel.
• VIP Treatment: Arrived in the morning and they checked us into our room immediately. Plus, they let us pick a custom room aroma at the front desk which was delivered while we were out for lunch.
• Next-Level Service: You get a dedicated butler on WeChat. The laundry service is free, just text the butler, they pick it up, and it’s back the same day.
• Non-Stop Food: Our stay included healthy breakfast (amazing herbal teas & fresh juices), afternoon tea (1pm-5pm), and a night supper spread (9pm-10:30pm).
• Location: Peak convenience. Xia Sha subway station (Subway Line 9) is right outside the door, the massive KK ONE shopping mall with endless food options is right next door, and it’s only a 15-min taxi ride from Futian Station.
10/10 experience. Will definitely be making this my go-to hotel whenever I’m back in Shenzhen.

Very nice people to serve us. When we arrive we were welcomed by having a cup of tea. Also we could choose between three scents to perfume our room.
The breakfast was very nice, large choice and very accessible for European people also.
Gym also available, very clean and spacious.
Room was perfect, mini bar with drinks and coffee and also fruits when we arrived. Very spacious also.
The shower was perfect, well equipped.
The hotel is well placed in the city, next to train station and 10-20 mins away from almost everything.
